- On an empty stomach – Slowly mix packet into 2oz of water constantly stirring for even consistency, then shoot it.
- Wait 20-30 minutes before enjoying breakfast.
- This is also a great time for your morning cup of detox tea.
- If your looking for your coffee kick, try the “tizzee” Hot herbal detox tea with half a fizz packet.
Breakfast
Protein Shake
- Add 2 scoops of protein powder into your desired liquid (water, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- Add desired add-ins (fresh or frozen fruit, ice, super foods, etc.)
- Blend and enjoy!
Snack time

- Feeling like a ‘Pick-me-up”? Enjoy a fizz stick! Stir in 1 pack of fizz into 16oz before you add ice, enjoy.
- How about a handful of nuts, seeds, or veggies with hummus.
- Try a brown rice cake with almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter topped with some fresh fruit slices or avocado.
